Mid-Week Mental Moment 

Remember that intrusive, heart-felt, painful post I wrote on Sunday? The one where I said, “Be true to you. Be genuine. Even if it isn’t pretty”? Well, it’s Wednesday, and time to check in. How are you doing? Are you living your truth? Are you accepting your flaws and relishing in the not-so-perfect moments?

Take this Mid-Week Mental Moment and use it as a second chance if you’ve slipped up or simply forgotten what it’s for. You’ve got this. You’re strong and you’re you. Thank you for being you.
